I started 3-1 Designs because I wanted to build a career that was not only rewarding but also centered on what I love most—helping people bring their visions to life. The best first step is a simple conversation — but here are answers to the questions I hear most.
Do you only work locally?
No — I’m based in Okanogan, Washington, but I work with clients in all counties and states. Most of the process works beautifully by phone, email, and video.
How does the process start?
With a conversation. Call or email me and tell me about your project — your ideas, your land, your budget. There’s no pressure and no obligation.
How long does a set of plans take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the project. After our first conversation I can give you a realistic timeline for your specific plans.
Can you design from a sketch or photo I have?
Absolutely. Napkin sketches, magazine clippings, Pinterest boards — bring whatever inspires you and we’ll build from there.
Do you do remodels and additions?
Yes — remodels and additions are some of my favorite projects. We’ll design something that fits your existing home like it was always meant to be there.
What will it cost?
Every project is different, so I quote each one individually after we talk. Reach out and I’ll give you an honest answer with no surprises.
